No hate speech, harassment, or discrimination
No gaming the points system (fake check-ins, self-voting, coordinated manipulation)
Be respectful to other community members

Your content

By submitting content (reviews, photos, questions, answers), you grant Mercaditos a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display it on the platform
You retain ownership of your content
You can delete your content at any time by deleting your account

Moderation

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms
Content is automatically screened for spam and inappropriate material
Community members can flag content for moderator review
Repeated violations lead to escalating consequences: warnings, loss of auto-approval, temporary suspension, and permanent ban

Reviews and visitor insights are community-contributed and reflect individual experiences
